The 7.5-acre terminal offers 145,000 tons of covered storage across four warehouses, along with outdoor storage and flexible options for moving bulk commodities through Seaport Manatee.

Extensive Covered Storage

Port Manatee offers approximately 145,000 tons of covered storage across four warehouses, providing customers with substantial space for bulk commodities. Outdoor storage is also available to accommodate additional material handling and storage needs.

Flexible Bulk Transfer

The terminal supports multiple transportation and storage configurations, allowing customers to move commodities between rail, truck, storage, vessels, and barges.

Waterfront Access

Located on the Manatee Harbor Channel, Port Manatee provides marine access through the port’s waterfront infrastructure. Ten berths are maintained at a 40-foot design draft at mean low water.

Floating Crane and Stevedoring Services

Customers at Port Manatee have access to two floating cranes operated by Tampa Bay Stevedores, providing additional marine cargo-handling capabilities throughout Tampa Bay. Services include vessel loading and unloading, vessel hold inspection and cleaning, vessel gear operation, and cargo trimming.
