The Phoenix Transload Terminal is equipped to uphold the Food and Drug Administration’s firm requirements for handling food-grade liquids. The site features a boiler for maintaining liquids at proper temperatures. The high-pressure water and steam it generates can be used in combination with the special sanitizing solutions and potable-water rinses used in our wash bay, ensuring trucks and other equipment are thoroughly sanitized.
